If you use the OneTap app
Your employer runs OneTap for your company, so ask your company's OneTap admin first. They can send a new invite, approve a new phone and correct your attendance.
If you manage OneTap for your company
Write to support@oltin.ai with your company's name and what you were trying to do. Please don't send employees' details by email.
Security and privacy
To report a security issue, write to security@oltin.ai. The trust center says how OneTap keeps data safe.
